As part of the  150^th birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda celebration programmes, a free residential training programme for farmers was held at Kadapa, Ramakrishna Mission from 3^rd to 6^th April  2012,  participated by 33 farmers from 4 districts of Rayalaseema.  The programme consisted of  theory classes, practicals and field visits - conducted by scientists from Krishi Vijnana Kendra and other concerned departments. Participants also took part in the Prayer, Meditation and other Ashrama activities.
